GBWe had a fabulous stay at Heart of Windsor! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of quirky little details that made it feel special. It had everything we could possibly need and more. The location is fantastic and less than 20 minutes walk to the castle. The response times and communication with Marcel was exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely love to return. Thank you!

GBVery Convenient!! Lots of complimentary items, and the kitchen is very easy to use and well equipped. Love the decos and plenty of extra bedding. Host gave very clear instructions for check-ins and easy to communicate with.
A bit noisy due to its convenient location. But I think that’s expected.
GBHost info prior to arrival was really helpful. Complimentary drinks and snacks inc tea, coffee, soft drinks. Comfy beds, fans for hot weather most welcome.
Info on double parking in adance would have been useful, we would have reversed in if we knew it was common for cars to use the middle space of the car park so it took about a 20 point turn to get out but the parking was free.
AUGreat location, easy walk into town, the castle and park. We really appreciated the kind touch of providing milk, tea, coffee, cold water bottles, chocolate etc. Marcel was very easy to deal with.
Nothing, all was good although there was no plug for the kitchen sink and we couldn’t find a tea towel but this was not a real problem.

AUInstructions to parking,entering the building and facilities were great. View of Windsor Castle was a bonus. The milk and drink in the fridge and treats on the bench a nice touch. It was only a 10 min walk to shops, cafes and Windsor Castle.
Noise of planes flying over that started about 5 a.m., but it didn't spoil our stay. It became back ground noise.
