Optima localizacão,vista. A oferta de servicos na area circundante bastante simpaticos. Envolvencia da casa, o estacionamento, decoracao, conforto, bastantes toalhas, lencois, cobertores. Grande variedade de electrodomesticos. Refeicões rapidas disponiveis. Varanda fantastica para refeicoes ao ar livre.

Modern, spotless condo at the ocean and the river. Located in a safe and attractive neighborhood. A great place for those that want to visit but not be in the crowds. There is a secured parking garage with ultra easy access. Having a washer/dryer combo was wonderful. There are a multitude of places to walk and ride bikes. A full service grocery store is not too far away. There are some restaurants next to the condos at the marina. Having a car is convenient. Most of the streets are narrow. I took UBER everywhere across the bridge and it cost an average of $6 a ride. This place is perfect. If you can find this property available book it! You won't regret it..
