La localisation est très bonne, les lieux à visiter proches, des commerces pratiques. L'appartement est assez vaste. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle, mérite peut être une rénovation.

L'équipement et l'aménagement de l'appartement laisse à désirer. Il n'y a pas de table, ni de chaises. Il n'y a pas d'ustensiles de cuisine pratiques, ni assez de couverts. Pas de bouilloire ou de machine à café. C'est dommage car il y a la place pour. Il devrait être aménagé pour 4 personnes.
