Dear hotel management, I would like to share my thoughts on my recent stay at your hotel. To begin with, the moment I entered the premises, I was struck by the level of dirt — cigarette butts scattered around and an overall unsanitary appearance, which created a very unpleasant first impression. Inside, the situation didn’t improve. The sofas at the reception area were stained, and the lobby looked very unclean. However, the worst part was the room: there were visible stains on the walls, the floor was so dirty that it was impossible to walk in socks — only in shoes. The sink had stains, and almost all of the towels were yellowed. There was no cleaning service in the room, even after I pressed the call button. The only positive aspect was the responsiveness of the staff — they were polite and tried to assist. Nevertheless, due to the unsatisfactory cleanliness in your hotel, we unfortunately do not plan to return. We hope you will improve the thoroughness and quality of your cleaning in the future.
