Atemberaubende Lage, näher am Meer geht nicht. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge, große Terrassen, schöne Einrichtung mit alten Möbeln und bunten Fliesenböden. Absolut liebenswürdige und hilfsbereite Vermieterin❣️ Wir bekamen sogar Willkommensgeschenke. Hoffentlich können wir nächstes Jahr wieder dort hin 🙏 Lieben Dank an Eleonora und ihre Familie für die herrliche Zeit in der Casetta Bianca.

Dass wir wieder abreisen mussten.

Posizione strepitosa, davvero un'esperienza unica. L'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei proprietari è stata al massimo, anche precisi nella desrizione di tutti i dettagli, ci hanno trattato con piacevole confidenzialità e anche noi abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per lasciare la casa in ordine.

Il mare è spesso poco pulito, a ridosso della spiaggia. Ma certo questo non riguarda la casa. Però gli amanti del bel mare hanno un sacco di posti lungo la scogliera, dove sicuramente è molto pulito, nonostante un gran traffico di barche e pescherecci. Non ci sono realmente cose "non piaciute", e non le si deve trovare a tutti i costi. L'ambiente è molto misto, come tipologia di gente, si va dai turisti ai locali, ai vacanzieri del palermitano. A volte c'è un po' di "folkore", ad alcuni potrebbe piacere, ad altri meno (ma è così in tutta la sicilia, ovviamente).

Charming and cinematic beach house! Me and my family stayed for a week in this beautiful property. Firstly, a big big thank you and all my complements go to Eleonora and her father. Eleonora was in touch with me during the booking process, answering many of my questions; as well she was in touch with me prior to our arrival and during the whole stay. Any time, always there for us! In-person check in and check out and very personalised communication. There is not much I can say about the house - it is a dream place, fully matching pictures. We were impressed by the sizes of both terraces! Additionally, we were gladly surprised to see an addition barrier put around the fence on the main terrace; since we have traveled with a small dog it made it so easy for us and him to enjoy our time on this patio. In general, house has tons of amenities, small details that make it feel like home and not a cookie-cutter rental. Location 10/10, very small and charming town, local restaurants, fair prices and locals who appreciate tourist. Very clean and safe. With a car ( which Eleonora also provided complimentary parking for ) it was easy to reach Palermo, Cefalù and other small towns in the area.

1. The hospitality of the hostess is impeccable. Super responsive and very generous. 2. The location. Being in the very centre of the highlight of Sant Elia: the clean water and charming beach. With your private terrace, 3m from perfect condition for swimming, snorkeling or just strolling. Still close to beach bars and a great pizzeria.

There is nothing to dislike. During our stay it was very hot and one of the rooms didn’t have a built in AC. There was however a movable ac that we could use for the second room.

Fantastic view. Large comfortable balconies. Best location in the village. Host very attentive.
