Es un apartamento amplio, limpio y cómodo, con todo lo que necesitas para la estadía. Me gustó el detalle de que había hielo y agua fría en el refrigerador así como café y crema para la cafetera. La cama es muy cómoda, tiene walking closet para que guardes tus cosas, lavadora, secadora, baño grande, sala cómoda, área para desayunar y/o trabajar, cocina amplia y una bonita vista desde el balcón, con sillas exteriores para descansar.
Que no pudimos utilizar el estacionamiento del apartamento. Debí haberlo reservado con anterioridad pero no me dí cuenta que era necesario hacerlo. La noche de domingo a lunes batallamos bastante para encontrar donde dejar el carro. La noche de lunes a martes había suficientes espacios en la calle, solo que es necesario estar al pendiente del parquimetro. Los mensajes con el anfitrión siempre los escribí en español. Cuando el anfitrión me contestaba, igualmente lo hizo en español, pero el resto de los mensajes son por Inteligencia Artificial y vienen escritos en inglés.

Well organised apartment. Good comms from the management company, before and during the stay. Good facilities in good condition. We loved having a proper kitchen and a balcony for sitting outside.
I wish I had checked the location more carefully. It's not a smart neighbourhood, you are aware of street people nearby, although we felt comfortable inside our apartment. Balcony has city view over car parks and building sites, a bit cheerless but convenient to sit out in the evening. A good walk from the waterside and tourist spots, so allow time for getting around. Or learn to use the public transport.

"Not so hidden gem, nice but…"

Nice big clean apartment.
Nearby construction. View from balcony not the best but we knew that. AC went broken and they could not repair during our stay. Noise was very disturbing. One out of two nights was being awake. Not good. Respond and corresponding was good and fast but did not help us. We payed quite much for two nights.

太棒了，公寓在市中心，楼下就是24小时的大型超市，楼下有非常充足的停车位可以选择，我选择的是超市旁边的免费车位。除了地理位置，公寓的一切都非常棒。
如果浴巾可以再干净点就更好了
