The Neuk- contemporary coastal apartment

Accommodation was very welcoming and cosy. Perfect for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children (5 & 10)). Was well stocked with utilities and allocated parking space was a bonus.

The only small thing was the water pressure in the shower cubicle- which was just a bit weak for our liking.

Beautifully furnished and equipped cottage in a quiet and peaceful location. Very impressed with the folder containing instruction booklets for all electrical items and with good internet access.

Disappointed that there did not appear to be a Visitors Book in which we could have left our very positive comments. Everything else was excellent.

The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated and had all the facilities we needed. It was in a very quiet area and had its own parking space which is always a bonus.

For us it was a little bit further walking distance from Anstruther than we expected but it would not be a problem for younger people . we never did get to grips with the heating system.

The communication needs a little improvement. I didn’t like the amount of emails as all was coming double i.e from booking.com and then from the property management. Also important instructions on the property were in a basket behind TV (which we found before departure!) while short and incomplete instructions where on coffee table. It’s not big issue and I’d love to stay in The Neuk again

Breakfast n/a but milk and shortbread left, nice touch, had a cuppa when we arrived. Location was fine, down the hill to Main Street and harbour. Handy for walk about area or going further by car. Flat clean and fresh, lots of little personal touches added character. Happy to use again.

No negatives, suited our requirements. The weather ☔️😂..
