"Soo many hidden fees that I felt like I was getting scammed!"

The property had a good location and the room itself was nice however for the price it is definitely not worth it!!

We didn’t like all the added fees. We were charged a resort fee that was insane and on top of that the pool was not even operable it was under construction. We were also charged $60 per night for valet parking because we had a truck. Our truck is not even big but apparently they charge an oversized vehicle charge per night for anything other than a car. Also be prepared to wait at least an hour just to check in because 90% of the people were surprised by all the extra fees so mostly everyone waiting in line were angry customers. I go to Hollywood just about once a month and have stayed at many properties and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. We also called booking.com to try to cancel after we were bombarded with all the extra fees but they didn’t seem to care and said it was in the fine print. However I argued that if that was the case than how come in big letters when I booked the property did it say that all taxes and fees were included? They didn’t have an answer for me and were not willing to help me in this situation which is a bummer because booking.com use to be my choice when booking a hotel or resort. I also never really reviews but this time I felt like I had to just to warn everyone!
