excellent location comfortable room good staff - quite value for money for couple of days of visit . Location meant very quick uber available plus water metro for going to fort kochi - room and bets were comfortable

limited choice on breakfast - perhaps because of LPG shortage and limited vegetarian menu in dinner thus making it tough for my wife . so food the only disappointing bit

The place is centrally located with lovely staff.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired and rooms were small for the price in Ibdia.

Good location where you can walk down to the ferry port to get the ferry to fort kochi for just 6 rupees. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Good value for money, very clean hotel with good WiFi, comfortable and quiet rooms with buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff und helpful security people in the parking lot.

The "all-you-can-eat buffet" offered in the evening was a disaster. The staff was completely untrained and overwhelmed. Ordered drinks never arrived. They had to get my beer from the bar, and paying for it was a nightmare. Definitely avoid this buffet!
