Everything The girl who helped us Fathima is very nice and helpful. And the bellboy Mujeeb is very helpful and does his job very well

1. Good spread of breakfast meals even though they were not warm enough when left at the buffet table 2. The hotel staff from the Bell Boy , to the Check-In staff and the restaurant crew were courteous and helpful.

1. They were unable to open the safe deposit locker for me, despite few maintenance staff came with master keys, and this was to put my valuables before going out. Matter was reported during checkout. 2. The management should improve on their document tardiness as there were spelling mistakes such as "Sinature" for "Signature", and at the hotel restaurant wrote "OTAS" instead of "OATS" label in the food counter. 3. I stayed in ROOM 602, and occasionally outside was slightly noisy perhaps the maintenance office was nearby.

Hotel jest w miarę nowy ,z nowymi sprzętami w pokoju z bardzo zaangażowanym personelem szczególnie w restauracji i barze. Ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację , jeśli chce się zrobić zakupy na pobliskim targu (Broadway), znajduje się również w niedalekiej odległość od stacji metra. Zdecydowanie przewyższył nasze oczekiwania .

Należy popracować nad czystością pod prysznicem.
