Beautiful, very clean home and a friendly, responsive host. An easy drive to the Strip and downtown. Peaceful and quiet. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. We even had access to the garage, which is great with the Las Vegas heat. Will definitely stay again.

A couple of the "little touches" like the waterfall weren't working, but that's minor.

Enjoyed the pool and size of the home. Plenty of room for our group.

The floors left our feet very dirty and the pillows were a little flat and lumpy

The mattresses on the 2 beds in the room with the bunk bed needs to be replaced.

The whole property is exceptional inside and out. There so many activities to do while just staying in. The pool is great and the waterfall is so beautiful. Not to mention the pool table and foosball table was a great way for the men to kill time while the woman got ready. The kitchen was nice and spacious enough to fit all 15 of us and the grill outside made the cookout even better. Theres even a park just 3 minute walk across the street that let the kids wind down. Will highly recommend and will be booking with Joe again.

There’s nothing I didn’t like about my stay.
