Big Dreams Luxury Suites

The picture is deceiving. The flats are old! It’s a residential area. Neighbours singing and talking loudly. Kids olayjng outside, making noise! Internet connection poor. TV switched on but nothing played. Very bad smell from the fridge. Cockroaches!!! Some plugs did not work! There was nothing “luxurous” about our stay!

Very clean apartment Everything is functional Lovely hosts,warm,friendly, available when a need arises.

Better key management An improvement can be made regarding the administrative processes i.e entering and exiting apartment The name of the place The unit number. Small issues that do make a difference in the experience
