The unit is on the higher floor towards the end of the block. Simple and practical furnishing throughout the unit with a sofa set and a dining table for four in the living room. A master bedroom with a queen size bed with an ensuite plus another room with a bunk bed with a shared bathroom. The rooms are well maintained and with clean linen, and the towels are a real bonus. Decent sized wardrobes and very firm mattress, which the Missus appreciate made the stay better 👍. Open plan living room and kitchen layout opening to a breezy balcony facing the Straitsof Malacca. The fridge is clean (and quite new), plus the Coway hot and cold water dispenser is very useful without the need to boil water each time we need to make coffee hot drinks or meals. The flat panel TV is quite decent despite its small size with clear reception of the local free channels. Bathrooms are also very clean, with no leaking pipes/outlets or annoying dampness. Water heaters working well in both bathrooms in clean and well maintained condition. Nice view from the balcony, ample open air parking, and generally very quiet during our stay as we came in just after a two-week school holiday period 😊 There is a swimming pool (with a kiddy pool), barbecue pits, and access to the beach at one end of the apartment block. Working lift with a security personel keeping an eye on the property. Overall, the unit is very clean and well maintained, plus the mod cons are working in good condition despite, for example, the air conditioners are old units and noisy but did their job well enough. It was a pleasant and good stay plus a very good rental rate for a family of four. Recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Low water pressure in the bathroom/showers, and pigeon poop on the roof outside the balcony and along the corridor wall. "Sticky" floor plus some of the parquet flooring kept coming out of their slots.

I love how close the property to the beach and there is gate to go to the beach from the condo. The property is so worth it with such cheap price. Aircond in room both function except for the living room. However the living room feels nice already with just fan and sliding door open. The proper smells so good and everything is so clean! Staff were very friendly and helpful.
