It was on the beach and only 7 mins walk to Aurobindo Ashram.

There is no constant caretaker/bellhop. The concierge remains busy tackling other villas.

Location is excellent. It is at a walking distance from some of the major attractions of the city like white town and promenade beach. There is a sea beach right in front of the house.

If you spill a little bit of food, it is invaded by small red ants in no time. However this is an issue in this hot weather everywhere. Nothing much can be done.
