Great place to stay for visiting Santa Margherita Ligure. Spacious and comfortable, good location away from the chaos but just minutes of walk away from everything. Very helpful owner.

We stayed at Gianpaolo's house for 2 nights with my family. He is an excellent host, very communicative and sincerely answers all your questions about your trip and helps you. His house is spotless and well-maintained. He can also provide a very safe parking place for your car if you want. There is a very successful Italian restaurant near the house, there is also a grocery store and access to various shops nearby. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will definitely stay here again when I am on my way again.

The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy, making our stay feel like home. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend this place!

My staying at II Cotso was a great experience. The apartment was well suited and a short walk to the city central, train station & harbor. The suite itself was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The owner , Gianpy, showed up for my late check-in and greeted me with some welcome treats, which was very lovely of him, especially after having a long flight & train ride. He was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had and provided me with a lot of useful information to get the best out of my stay. I found the city very pretty and a great point of start for sightseeing. I surely recommend the II Corso suit for anyone who wants to visit the beautiful Santa Margherita! Thank you, Gianpy, for making my visit super comfortable!

I liked The host hospitalaty and the fact that the apartment was big and clean. It was also near the train station and the beach.

The accommodation is very nice, modern and clean, with an elevator, with air conditioner, and a very comfortable bed. It is also possible to use a garage. Gianpaolo is very kind, attentive, helpful, infested us with ideas. Cold soft drinks, beer and welcoming snacks waited us. The accommodation is in a very central location, you can feel the bustle of the Italian evening. There is a very well stocked COOP grocery nearby, but all kinds of shops are within easy walking distance. Camogli, San Fruttuoso and Portofino are within easily distance by train, bus and boat. I highly recommend this accommodation, we plan to return.
