Could not leave fast enough , due to lack of facilities , they falsely advertised ! The excuse of the owner was , they were doing renovations , and forgot to change wording of the facilities , not provided ! No consolation to its noseme , as I had bought drinks to chill , and no where to store raw chicken and meat , to keep them them from spoiling

The CR was dingy ,dirty , and unclean ! The bucket to hold water in the CR , WAS not THE BEST ! The kitchen sink was dirty !

For the price, this place is excellent! Spacious and great amenities and comfortable bed. Free purified water was provided. Located just a few minutes walk from the best restaurant in Puerto (Guni Guni). Of course very basic, considering the price but very clean and comfortable.

More hangers is needed 😅.

One day before we arrived I sent our arrival time to owner of the accommodation to get more information about the check-in procedure. From my depature in Australia until I arrived in Palawan City. I had no chance to get WiFi connection. After I found the accommodation, it tooks 30 min cruising around with the tricycle due to the lack of visible sign of the accommodation. I had only a mobil phone number and the tricycle driver was so kind to let me use his mobil phone to call this number. Unfortunately no luck....no one picked up the phone. I entered the accommodation to find someone who is in charge there but no luck again. It seems to me this building was abandoned. I was annoyed and decided to book myself in an another accommodation. If the owner has more interest to accommodate guests I assume I would have less trouble & hassle to check in. I have the impression booking.com is not the best solution due to the automatic generated emails. To withdraw money from my bank account goes much faster as the service they believe they provided. Learning never ever stopped. Money is gone and I'm richer for one more experience.

First of all, MinDy is the best property owner ever. She’s cool and fun, yet super professional and always there by whatsapp when you need anything. so helpful ! Amenities and water are provided on arrival, which is highly appreciated. The apartment is nice, cosy and confortable. Apartment is super clean on arrival. Water heater, kettle, fridge and AC work well and they seem new. Walking distance from restaurants and markets. Also not far from public transportation. You can rent a car or scooter on site for a very good price. I stayed one month and I will come back for sure ! Thanks MinDy !

Neighbourhood is noisy, but this is everywhere in Palawan, as everyone has dogs they use as alarms, and everybody is a karaoke star, so … There are water and electricity cut sometimes, but this is also everywhere in Palawan and it’s never too long, so it’s totally fine.

it’s a very nice apartment. perfect for one, for two would be ok as well. VERY good wifi. owner and staff are very helpful and welcoming, always ready to help and make you happy.

the place is great, BUT the neighbors.. disaster. they sing karaoke at 8am and late evenings. kids are running around, screaming and “trying” to sing as well. boys playing with some self made fire sticks which makes sounds like gunshots (seriously, the first time I heard I thought shooting is happening or war has started)! they also do fireworks in all times of the day right outside on the street (incredibly loud). + roosters, chickens and howling dogs all night long. it’s nothing that owner can fix or do about it and that’s understandable, but my point is - if you want to have a relaxing time, you won’t get it there. even earplugs does not help with that unbearable noise 20hours out of 24.
