"Worst booking i did in this app. They should be banned."

We booked for same day. However, when we arrived, there was no one in the property. We tried calling and messaging but to no avail. We went around and came back at around 7pm. The caretaker was there already, however she was apparently not informed by the owner that we have a booking. She did not want to let us in and said we cannot check in because she was not aware of our booking. The owner did not reply until it was 9pm. Apparently they live abroad so they were not able to check on our booking and inform their caretaker. This was a bad experience for us especially that we have a 4yo kid with us. Although they were able to refund our payment, it was very hassle for us to try and book another place to stay.
