1. Very important for the guests coming by car: - Google Maps are really bad in navigation in the center, I've lost 45 minutes trying for find the way through narrow streets of the city, sometimes the suggested way is just not suitable for the car. It would be great to provide a map of the best way to drive to the apartment. - Parking is also really hard, it would be great to add recommended parkings on the map for guests - on weekdays you need to buy a ZTL permit to enter the part of the city where apartment is located, which we didn't know. Now we know that you can buy it near Massimo theatre in tobacco kiosk. Since we haven't bought it in advance, we'll probably get a 150 euro fine some days later. It would be great to send such information to the guests in advance. 2. As for city tax you shouldn't pay for kids under 12 years old, which also wasn't told to us by the hosts and we left the payment also for them 3. We couldn't find the trash basket and the iron in the apartment.

A little bite noisy due to traffic on the small road. Windows are not sound proof.

Great location ~5min off the main Street of Palermo. Easy, self check in process. Very spacious.

You need to turn on a hot water switch in the kitchen otherwise you won't get any hot water in the bathroom (this is a little confusing). If you use the oven you will trip the fuse and the power will go out.

Excellent location & apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely, comfortable apartment, very spacious and in a great location. it had everything we needed. We are happy to return
