"Absolutely stay here it’s gorgeous and so peaceful!"

9.0

Sarah was lovely and her home is gorgeous! She was very welcoming, told us all the best places to eat and visit and we didn’t see her again until we were leaving the following morning when we got to meet her lovely little dogs! We also got to pet the donkeys too before leaving! Absolutely need a car but we would stay again! 5*

There was a stunning bath in the en-suite but we prefer a shower but that was our only “dislike” there are rooms with showers available and I believe now had I asked in advance for a room with a shower that the host would have accommodated us!

"Quiet country location, spacious room, very comfortable bed"

6.0

I liked the large ensuite room and the grey & white colour scheme (this was the double room with patio doors) The bed was so comfortable, the bed linen was nice and I slept really well. Sarah made me yogurt and fruit for breakfast because I'm GF and couldn't eat the packaged croissants. There is tea and coffee provided in the hall. The rural location suited me well.

It is such a lovely big room, it would be nice to have some more furniture. A coffee table and little sofa or two armchairs would be a great asset. There was quite a lot of dust and cob webs and there were hairs and mould in the bathroom which needs some TLC.

"Good place to enjoy irish countryside"

8.0

Very nice cozy house, in the middle of the Irish countryside, with dogs, donkeys, horse, we saw a fox as well. Room well maintained, bathroom design very specific, but ok. No breakfast but free tea / coffee.

The bed was too narrow (140cm I guess) for 2.

We loved being on Sarah's farm and visiting her animals. Her home was lovely and inviting. Sarah even kindly made us tea and cake when we arrived. Sarah was very welcoming, considerate and thoughtful.

"Pleasant"

6.0

The owner was friendly. The room was big.

The bathroom had a lot of mould. There was only one chair in the room for two people. The garden view was overgrown weeds.

"Booked two nights, stayed one. No hot water, place unclean."

The donkeys

No hot water, and the room clearly had not been cleaned for ages. See photos - they speak louder than words.

"I hope to come and stay again one day and hopefully stay in contact with Satah"

8.0

I loved the rural aspect and being close to Tullow and Carlow places I wanted to visit. Also being an easy drive from Dublin. I loved the Donkeys and Horse. The room was large and Sarah greeted me with a pot of tea and a piece of cake. Sarah and I enjoyed a chat. I fell a little in love with Molly the dog.

I couldn’t work the shower at first being unfamiliar with the hot water system.
