Malapascua Beach and Dive Resort

Close to the beach, had really good restaurant, the dives were fair value but not the cheapest but still convenient, the owner was super friendly. Best value for divers who want to sit at the beach in my opinion.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, a/c was noisy but I sleep with ear plugs so it wasn’t a big deal.

Very friendly staff, the owner organised lots of trips for us and gave us a good price on diving. Good location, right on the beach, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Pizza at their restaurant was a nice change.

Rooms not huge but certainly good value for money. Sometimes a bit noisy but never super late into the night.

The bartender Heidi was very nice. The bar was reasonable.

First room was like a storage cupboard and the aircon didn't work. Balcony was unswept and dirty. Swimming pool was totally disgusting and a sunlounger had been thrown in the spa and never retrieved. Surrounding patio was filthy, and no shade at all for the 3 remaining sunloungers.

Nigel and his wife are so accommodating and have the best pizza on the island!

Very informal and friendly. Daily scuba. Also padi training available. Good food and breakfast.
