Pride Hotel And Resort Rishikesh

This hotel significantly strains the pocket without fulfilling the value one would anticipate. If you, like me, cherish the delight of scenic views from your room, this may not be your haven. Upon stepping into the room, an oppressive sense of claustrophobia and instant regret washed over me. To sum it up, the steep rates and the lack of impressive views from the rooms makes this hotel a questionable choice for discerning travelers.

In contrast, the hotel's rooftop breakfast area does offer an enchanting mountain vista. It's a glimpse of what could have been an intrinsic part of the guest experience, but was sadly relegated to just one corner of the establishment.

The service provided buy the crew was extremely poor. Even for getting bottles of packaged water and getting an extra plate and fork for in room dining took more then 30 mins. Finally, I ended up going myself to the restaurant to pick them up.

The food was excellent and the room was comfortable.

The reception messed up the billing. There were no options of help for travel with two toddlers. The housekeeping took forever to complete simple requests for providing water bottles and towels.

Pictures shown on the website was in such a way that hotel seemed to have a good view but it didn't had. It looked to be a big hotel as per the pictures but it was a small hotel. However staff was courteous and cooperative.

There was no View from the hotel and Hotel was very small.

the only thing to like about this property is being a new property, so everything was new to use. second thing is the terrace sky deck with mount view though the restaurant had limited variety of food Bt tye available ones we taste worth.

location no parking all rooms are like closests, no balcony area. if anyone goin for leisure trip there has to be balcony to relax. lift need to be tested bfr public use.

The staff is almost all good. I think they have decent front desk. Food was Okay. The property is new, so that is good. Amenities were all good. The locations is good because there are good cafes around and also its near to Ram Jhula. Because there is usually heavy traffic in that area, we eventually just walked to the Jhula and only took 10-12 mins.. which is good.

Rooms don't have any view because they are placed in a busy area. I mean it could lack of knowledge on my part but its right in the middle of probably the most heavy road. So yeah if you are looking for a peaceful room with some natural light and all, this is not your hotel. All rooms are same size, even though they say there is a difference, but its not the case. DONT GO WITH YOUR OWN VEHICLE. They don't have ample space or management skills to take care of your car. Our checkout was delayed by 2 hours just because my car stuck and they had no clue about whose car is blocking us. This too when I requested that we need to leave early so please ensure that our cars are not blocked or atleast take the keys of the respective guests. Eventually had to move all the cars myself as the staff they have said no to it, saying they are not trained. By then I was almost wishing if I could just go back in time and not book this place.. felt kinda cheated cause I almost paid 7000 per room per night(including taxes and all) without any meals and yet had to go through this non-sense. I had expected better service from a hotel that calls itself a 4star property.
