Big spacious apartment in good location. Well equiped with alot of the kitchen equipment all brand new. Beds very comfortable and toiletries supplied in bathroom and washing up materials in kitchen. Internet was fine most of the time and tv was by apps such as netflix etc.

Liked everything but abit stressful as door code didn't work but helpline to ring was answered promptly and all was sorted smoothly

The apartment itself is very comfortable, even luxurious. With the exception of its one rather compact bathroom, it’s very spacious, with a lovely balcony. It’s centrally located.

The WIFI was bad and did not always work. No WIFI instructions were provided in the welcome letter—I had to reach out to the staff to get the password. This property appears to be run by a large real estate firm, and they try to squeeze every penny out of guests. There’s an extra charge for even a slightly early check-in, and parking is expensive. The check-out instructions included a threat of an extra SEK 250 fee if the guest didn’t wash all the dishes and remove all trash. This felt unnecessary and a bit insulting to paying guests. The check-in instructions included an inaccurate door entry code (a number sign at the end, when the key pad didn’t have a number sign). On the positive side, the staff was very responsive to requests, and courteous. They’re stingy with supplies in the unit. There were only a couple rolls of toilet paper for 5 guests/2 nights, exactly 3 dishwasher tablets, and no laundry detergent (perhaps left over from previous guests, for example).
