Luxury apartment in Miraflores with rooftop pool

Nice and modern flat! Great size!

Very noisy at night due to climbing centre next door (music and voices). No toilet paper available. We texted the host and he did not answer at all. He showed no interest after receiving the money….

The location, that is the good thing about this place. It also looks safe and in a quiet area

Room was not ready, not towels or the minimum accessories like soap available, the responsable person did not respond the the calls, only more than one hour later. We arrived tired after a long trip and we could not even shower. There is a smell to cooking oil that filters into the apartment, everyday the same, not sure if from neighbors or a nearby restaurant, even with all windows closed

Beautiful apartment in a well-secured residence with full gym and pool available for free use. Contrary to other comments, the guards in the building were nice and kind. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Netflix and other platforms available. The neighborhood is safe with lots of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The checkin process made us feel very uncomfortable after a long trip and no internet available. Our check-in took one hour because we were not allowed to get in before making our payment through a link with 30 USD on top, according to the owner a platform fee. We did not agree and no other payment methods were accepted by the host, but we found a way through Paypal, which still cost us about 10 USD more. Really uncomfortable and tiring situation, with the guard having the key but no permission by the owner to let us get in. In addition, exchanging with the owner took quite long. Parts of the kitchen were not fully cleaned (floor not fully cleaned and dirty plate left in the sink). Some power sockets were not functional or even burning chargers. After one day, the room we slept in started smelling a little moldy, and we found a moldy curtain. The shower didn't have enough warm water for two people to shower one after the other. There was a washing machine but no way to hang clothes anywhere. The apartment features an oven but no plates to bake or cook anything in it. Unfortunately, there are big wind shafts in the living room and on the kitchen door. You cannot close them. That's why the living room gets quite cold at night. As other guests stated, it gets noisy due to an open bouldering hall in front of the kitchen. This didn't disturb us anyway.

Right next door to a climbing wall/cafe… noisy with fried food all day/evening. Fine if you are out…in a very nice area, close to cat park and bar street. Although perfectly good, no air con, I wouldn’t call it luxury.

The location is great. It is so close to so much food, drinks, and sites. The apartment is clean, safe, and spacious. Kennedy Park is just a few blocks away, a very easy walk. The rooftop terrace was wonderful.

The pool didn’t work apparently due to a maintenance.

One bedroom in the apartment was moldy. When I lifted the sheet from the bed, its base was completely moldy. The paint had come off the back wall of the cabinets in the same bedroom due to the humidity. Sockets were hanging loose from the walls, the kettle's plug had melted. The sheets were stained. In the second bathroom, the drain smelled strongly. The swimming pool is not private but used by the entire building. We had paid for five nights' accommodation but after one night's sleep, we had to move out because the mold caused severe headaches and nosebleeds. The owner's suggestion was to keep the windows open because humidity is normal in Lima. We were in two other apartments during our trip and there were no problems in them. Please do not use this apartment.

Super nice appartment, lotta rooms and big tvs. The pool area is also nice.

David was very responsive to our needs and quickly answered any and all questions. The building has 2 entrances and the Berlin side had a Tienda close by to the left, with eggs, milk, etc. To the right there are lots of bar/eateries and an interesting walking area with tons of choices and cool murals painted inside the larger 2 story open structure covering a large interior ceiling. It is only a five minute taxi ride to the Larcomar mall which has some fun shopping and eating. There are various rental bike options and we chose CityBikeLima bicycle easy rentals to try out their bike lanes along the seaside cliffs. The rooftop pool was a little chilly but available if you asked, we just never got around to it with all our other sightseeing activities, but you can see the ocean from there so fun to up and look around.

There is a bar and a wall climbing business on the first floor below and next to this 5th floor apartment and so lots of late night bass vibration beats and early morning clanging of climbing gear. We just turned up the white noise on our phones and slept fine in the far left bedroom. Three bedrooms is not quite correct as one has no door, so meant probably as a study or computer room, but it does have a single bed but no privacy. The kitchen is functional but plan to buy everything including spices except salt and pepper. We just made breakfasts, so bought sugar, coffee, eggs, bread and milk. You need to bring shampoo and soap as well.
