Apartment in old Tbilisi

Sehr gute Lage. Saubere Wohnung und ein toller Service. Eka war zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our host was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A lovely apartment in a very quiet area and Freedom Square is only a few minutes walk away where there is a Metro station, good restaurants and super markets. I would definitely stay here again!

No oven or bread knife.

Прекрасное место, чисто, уютно, новая сантехника, хороший ремонт, просторно. Есть отдельная маленькая спальня, на кухне есть все необходимое. Удобный большой диван для отдыха в гостиной, интерьерные ниши в стене с фото. ТВ с ютубом, удобно. В ванной добротный набор шампунек и гелей для душа, хватает с запасом. Отличные белые хорошие полотенца, пахнут свежестью. Хозяйка всегда на связи, отвечает достаточно оперативно, готова помочь. Очень доброжелательное и тёплое отношение! Приятный небольшой дворик, до Руставели 5 минут, до метро Площадь свободы 7 минут, все рядом. На углу улицы в минуте от дома выпекают вкусные хачапури разных видов.

Если оставить открытым окно в спальне, из-за постоянных вечерних посиделок хозяев других квартир в доме довольно сложно уснуть. Но это мы такие чувствительные оказались, кому-то будет неважно. Матрас было бы неплохо обновить или усилить плотным толстым наматрасником, спится лучше по краям :)

The location is perfect, very close to old town of Tbilisi. Quite area with shops and cafes nearby. Apartment is just like on pictures, very clean and cozy, we felt like home and we would definitely come back. The owner is very kind and understanding, we had flight at night as she agreed to prolong our stay without any problem. Communication is perfect, she contacted us two weeks before stay and provided all information.

An apartment with a separate entrance in a small courtyard with friendly neighbors, a cute dog and a banana tree. From the porch you can see the mountains and the Kartlis Deda sculpture. Located in the city center. There’s the 24-hour Spar and the Pasanauri restaurant (beloved by Georgians themselves) nearby. The apartment is bright and clean. There is everything you need for comfort - extra blankets, shampoo, iron, hair dryer, microwave, good water pressure, WiFi, etc. A very pleasant hostess, it feels like she has furnished the apartment and prepared it to welcome guests with all her heart. We would be happy to recommend staying here!
