Квартиру забронировали случайно, в день заселения, т.к подвёл отель в котором планировали остановится. К нашей радости, была возможность заселится раньше, вместо стандартных 15.00 и с нас не попросили дополнительную плату. Квартира в реальности даже лучше чем на фото, качественная мебель и техника. Хороший текстиль. Мы попали на какую то скидку, поэтому полученное качество и комфорт значительно превосходили стоимость. Да и за стандартную цену она стоит своих денег. Брайан помог разобраться с техническими моментами при заселении , и за 6 дней проблем у нас не было. В Будапеште на момент нашего пребывания похолодало, но в квартире было тепло- видела отзывы что кто то в ней мерз. В общем все было супер, рекомендую ❤️

Tutto molto eccellente, check in meraviglioso anche un paio di ore prima sentendo l'host, sistema molto comodo senza chiavi, alloggio enorme, spazioso, intervento immediato in caso di problemi, vorrei un servizio simile a casa mia

Giusto l'accesso è un po' angusto quasi non ci si aspetta un alloggio cosi' grande, ma poi una bella sorpresa entrando in casa tutto si allarga

L emplacement et la disponibilité de l interlocuteur à prendre en compte nos remarques. L isolation sonore fonctionne bien: au calme en plein centre ville

Absence de sèche linge

The location was perfect. Host was always available, communication excellent. Cleaner checked all was ok as soon as we entered the apartment. Spacious, clean. Just all round perfect. Family loved it. Would definitely stay again.

The front bedroom that faces the street side was always cold. The heater just didn't work. This may put some off. Although I didn't complain as I prefer my rooms cool. Whereas the rest in my group had no complaints. Nice warm rooms. The jacuzzi bath also spurted out lumps of black when put on. Don't think it had been run through in a while. Again not a criticism just pointing out as the apartment was perfect.

Location was good

This has been a very bad experience. Starting with the communication before we arrived. We asked for the best way to get to the apartment by bus, owner replied the best way is by cab or his over expensive transfer offer. Then, since we were getting there earlier than check in time, I asked for a restaurant / Café recommendation. Instead of making recommendations, he referred to a link that listed some places to eat at. However, we had no idea where we would be, how could we find something close? I told him so, then he sent 2 links - one to a Café and the other one was his favorite Sushi restaurant. Now, we know, that ACROSS from the apartment there is a cafe and on the street / very close by there are MANY restaurants. It wouldn’t have hurt for him to say that. The first day we were there, after checking in, we went to explore the city. When we got back, lights were on that we know we didn’t leave on. I asked him about it, he said nobody had been in the apartment. Then, nobody came to show us / tell us that some of the light switches should not be turned on. That would explain that the fuze blew twice. When I told him that my husband had to switch on the fuze, he said “these two light switches by the door, should not be turned on”. Good information to receive BEFORE checking in. We froze the whole time we were there. There was NO heating. I complained about the cold in the apartment. He said that we could turn on the heater through the AC. My husband figured out how it went on, however, the air coming out was not warm. That same night, the second night we were there, he sent someone to knock at the apartment at 22:30 but did not announce that he was sending someone. Very unpleasant. The air blower of the whirl bath tub was full of mildew. We filled the tub with warm water and as soon as we turned on the whirlpool function, black mildew started flowing into the bath tub.the water was fully “contaminated” with black mold. Disgusting.
