GBLovely homely but clean house in the beautiful Devon countryside. The owners went above and beyond to help us out with a connectivity issue which was resolved. Comfy, clean and lovely modern farm house.
The shower was a little low in pressure and getting the temperature right was tricky but that's only because it's a mixer tap. It was absolutely fine for our stay.

Terrible WiFi, meaning Smart TV didn't work and getting a phone signal was a huge challenge and became incredibly tedious. Definitely don't rent this place if having reliable WiFi is important. We didn't have heating or hot water for the whole of our stay. While I appreciate that sometimes these things happen, the response has been disgraceful. Still expected to pay near full price for the stay of course even though these most basic amenities were missing. Appalling treatment that I'm sure the hosts wouldn't accept if it happened to them.
GBVery clean and quiet. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms really helped to get a good nights sleep and the beds were super comfy

GBLovely place to stay! Very clean and modern! Own parking area, clear instructions sent with wifi, heating etc and key in key lock box so we didn’t need to bother anyone. Sofa bed pulls out lovely in the living room. Really comfy beds & big soft duvets!
