Spotlessly clean room and complex .Everything needed was in the apartment and complex. Very comfy beds. Private patio . Great location to explore the area. Great communication from the owners when required. Exceptional choice.

From booking to check out Daniele was so lovely. It was seamless and we had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our break away.

Location and ease of car parking, property had everything you need, shower was great and washing machine with tablets included was great.

Nothing really was a bit small with golf clubs but we knew that when we booked and left the clubs in the car

We found the studio perfect for a couple. It’s very comfortable, clean, right-sized and in a very unique environment.

Had a wonderful stay, loved the kitchen was very well equipped. The village and gardens are so lovely, the walk to the beach is nice, took us 30min and the location is relaxing but not too far away from everything.

I wish the place got more sun in winter.

The Studio was perfect for our needs. Exactly as the photos portrayed. The host, Daniela , was so attentive & stayed in touch right up to our arrival. When I expressed concern about obtaining keys from a security man after dark in off season Daniela contacted me on the day of our arrival to say she had installed a Lock Box at the door of the apartment containing the key & sent me a code. She also went to the trouble of making a video showing her walking from the parking lot through the complex and right up to the Studio door where she demonstrated how to use the lockbox. To me this went above and beyond her duty of care to us. We were able to retrace her steps on arrival taking us directly to the door. I highly recommend renting this lovely, very well equipped ( right down to the fluffiest towels we've ever had in a Rental Property) Studio. The Old Village Complex never disappoints. Even I'm November we enjoyed drinks & good company at Jakks Bar, ate scrumptious Pizza next door at Voilá Pizzeria, enjoyed Sundowners on the Terrace of Artisan watching the sunset, the staff there are so lovely and we also ate at the Bar/Restaurant down the steps off the Village Square. Honestly everything we needed was there if we didn't want to leave The Old Village. We did go out of course, the 15 minute walk to the Marina is lovely where we enjoyed several lunches and dinner. We will definitely rent this Studio again and have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends

Nothing..it was excellent

Location was perfect, shops and pubs/restaurants were so accessible, not too far of a walk from the Marina. The apartment had everything we needed and more, great appliances. Would have preferred a double bed instead of two singles but the beds were very comfy and we slept great. Would definitely stay here again!

Checking in - We were told that check info would be explained closer to our holiday date. It wasn’t. The most we were told was that we could enter early if the cleaners had finished in there. When it came to it we had no idea of when or how to collect the key. Ended up wasting our first day not knowing we couldve been in two ours earlier. Other than that it was lovely

The setting and village are beautiful close to all amenities. Studio was compact had everything you could ask. Old Village is so picturesque beautiful trees and flower everywhere very clean and well maintained.

Both Beds were very uncomfortable could not sleep ...TV was broken....sun light blocked by tree outside unfortunately.

Great location in a lovely setting, the village is amazing and we would definitely stay again.

The check in to get the key was unnecessarily stressful. There is no on site reception so you need to collect the keys from a security guard who doesn’t speak English. On arrival our key hadn’t been looked out as others had been. The matter was only resolved when the restaurant owner nearby spoke with the owner and security guard in Portuguese to organise the correct key to be handed over. Had it not been for the stressful check in issues, we would have had no complaints.
