Very comfortable and well equiped cottage. Pub across the road which serves good beer and food. Short walk into the centre of Keswick. Great location for walking in the north lakes.

"Overall we liked KHF but it definitely has its quirks!"

High spec of kitchen and bathrooms. Cosy cottage feel. Easy walk into Keswick. While it’s close to a busy road the double glazing is excellent so no noise to speak of.

Low ceilings, husband couldn’t stand up in shower. Bedroom floors are very rustic!

Very well equipped and in an excellent location. Plenty of off road parking. Everything we needed and more. High quality fittings and fixtures made our stay very comfortable.

"Relaxing in beautiful location and property"

Cottage was beautiful very well equipped with high end white goods and furniture. Ideal location and just across the road from the Pheasant pub which served great food. The property is quirky and the floors upstairs are on a bit of a lilt but it just adds to the charm .we had a wonderful stay and look foward to returning soon
