Very disappointing experience. One of the main reasons I chose this place was to use the pool facilities, but I was not allowed to use them because I wasn't wearing a swim top, even though I had proper swimming trunks/shorts. I tried to explain the situation and have a reasonable conversation with the staff, but they were extremely rude and unhelpful. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the people I spoke with. Instead of trying to assist or explain the policy respectfully, they treated me poorly and showed no interest in helping. Customer service was far below what I would expect. Honestly, I don't understand how this place has such a high rating based on my experience. The facilities may look good, but the lack of customer service and the rude treatment completely ruined the visit for me. I would not recommend it.

1. Property smells like someone smoking in the house once we entered the house. 2. Difficult to access the property door 3. Host is very late upon giving the house key. 4. Host disrespect our time. 5. Floor feels sticky.
