The service in the breakfast fast was horrible ! Never a time to serve to Digest or even to tell you good morning! We got a brain new ballerine 200$ missing with his brain new box still inside the shop box. Instead of 500$ deposit they took 1500$ saying was a mistake we will refund it.

Good breakfast...good service.

After paying $650 for one night (the most I ever pais for a hotel room), the front desk declined my request for a one-hour late checkout. That was a deal breaker...will never return to the W.
