Modern Beach Condo-Daytona Beach

The host was very friendly and accomodating

I hated the toilet. It was weird

Our room(#519) was clean and furnished with everything needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with supplies and towels and washcloths.

I know the hotel was hit by a hurricane, but the outdoor pool and other water amenities are a disgrace. Grungy, stagnant water is an eye sore(and a breeding field for insects). A little cleanup around the building would go a long way in helping the appearance. The hallway from the elevate 5th floor) STUNK so bad like dead fish and mold. It was bad enough to make my sister gag. Also there is an electrical problem in room 519. The microwave and bidet keep tripping the GFCI outlet in the bathroom and where the microwave is plugged in.

It was very convenient as we were barely in the unit. The hostess was amazing and made sure we were well when we arrived. Will stay again.

Pools were closed.

The condo was amazing. The host where so helpful will definitely be using this property again.

This condo unit is well stocked and has EVERYTHING you need for a fun beach vacation!!! Beach access is SO convenient, just outside the building's lobby door. The queen beds are very comfortable. The recent remodel was done with high end materials/lighting and everything is spotlessly clean. The host was VERY responsive when we had any questions. I highly recommend this unit.

I have ZERO complaints about the unit itself. The damage to the building and sea wall by a hurricane (Sept 2022, 2 years ago) has rendered the pools unusable and there is no indication repairs are going to begin anytime soon. There were areas on the back side of the building that need to be cleared out and cleaned up.

Updated and comfortable, good location close to everything!

I liked that it was covered in the ocean.

I hated waking all the way around wet with a bad knee to get to and from ocean. The floor and toilet in the room was disgusting the trash in hall smelled horrible the doors were nasty with fingerprints. Only one elevator worked and there was vomit on the floor. The WiFi was bad and we were unable to watch television. Just news and cooking shows.

Location was really great because of the supermarket across the street and close to downtown but not too close.
