Personell needs to be more customer oriented. E.g., We Had to ask twice in advanve If our luggage could be guarded because we arrived Prior Check-in. Even then we got.a very complicated Mail explaining the Details. Breakfaat Options very Limited. Americano is includes, but for Cappuccino you have to pay extra. Very hard to unterstand.

Amazing property with gorgeous views! Wonderful staff!!

Up a very steep hill (not an issue for us, but beware). On a super picky note it would be nice to have some more lounge chairs around the property.

Staff were kind. Liz and Marcos were extremely helpful. The property is beautiful, well kept and clean, and tranquil. The food was really good too. We were thrilled to find this gem of a hotel.

Beautiful and clean facilities with a view. Very friendly and attentive staff. We did not have dinner there but the food we saw being served looked delicious.

The property was fantastic. Very clean, the pool was amazing with a great view. Could hear the waves everywhere. The staff were outstanding! Great margaritas and breakfast! Extremely friendly and accommodating. Too bad I could only stay one night. Will be back for sure!

Liz and Marcos were so friendly and accommodating! They made a delicious breakfast and one of the best Margaritas we've had in Mexico! The view from the hotel of San Agustinillo beach is incredible. Arguably the best view in the town to enjoy from our room or at the pool. Bedroom was spacious, AC worked perfectly and the bed was incredibly comfy. Highly recommend this hotel!

The most beautiful view of the entire Mexican holiday (we stayed in 12 different hotels during the whole trip)! Room was spacious, clean and again the views from the room, just breathtaking! Excellent beautiful pool- very relaxing after a day at the beach. The breakfast was very tasty, I especially liked the fresh fruit selection and we asked for fresh pineapple juice, it was just great (pure nice sweet pineapple without any additives). And last but not least, the hotel staff is very well selected - excellent communicators, friendly and welcoming, thank you! :)

We had a little problem with bank transfer- european bank cards may not function with that particular mexican bank terminal (after that we had the same problem with the same mexican bank once more, with other banks we didn´t have this problem). If the payment does not go through in the bank terminal the first time (the amount is reserved on the account, but the hotel does not receive the payment data, i.e. the payment has not been made for the hotel, but we had the amounts booked on the bank account for 8 days), then it is faster and easier to have the hotel send a bank link to the e-mail and pay through sent link (in this case everything works). The hotel staff did everything to find a solution to the problem, but communication between banks is beyond their control.

The view from my room was gorgeous. The pool was clean and sooo nice to swim in. The staff were amazing. The coffee was THE BEST because they have this nice machine that makes excellent coffee!! I had them surprise me each morning with whatever eggs they wanted to make - all were very good. a little pricey but quiet and a great location. Not a far walk to Muzante for a different beach and shopping and additional food options.

My only complaint was that didn't encourage us to refill our water bottles - instead wanted to just hand you a new one. With all the plastic issues I found that sad. Also some ants in the bathroom but minor considering how nice the place is. BEWARE the road is very steep up to the hotel (there are stairs on the side) also there are a lot of stairs to get up to the rooms - if stairs or steep is a problem for you this would not be a good place to stay

Beautiful, well-maintained building, far enough from the main drag to be quiet. The driveway is daunting the first time. Delightful staff. Very comfortable beds.

I planned to come.plain about the wi-fi on the top floor, but a new router fixed that problem. No coffee machine in the room.
