JPStaff is very kind and supportive. Bed was huge and we also had a very comfy sofa in our room. Bath contains a jacuzzi which was just super cool. Even though the bubbles are kinda too strong 😂 Everything felt like very welcome family house atmosphere. Our room was exactly in the bar / dining room so we could use it very easily and enjoy nomihoudai 💖 Breakfast was really good and it was waiting special for us ready every morning. Since we stayed for 2 nights we tried both type of meals, Japanese and European. Very nice experience.
Room was not really clean when we check in (the floor) and it was kinda dusty. Also sauna is too hot so we needed to keep the door opened. But everything else was very nice and comfortable so I highly recommend this place anyway!

Bathroom had a step to get up to, which could pose a hazards, location of where they place shower towels.
ITThe hotel was brand new and super clean. Big rooms well furnitered. Sauna and little baths (Kind of Onsen) on the roof. The parking car was ok. The personal really kind.
No windows in the room. The building was next to the express way. The bath on the roof top was nice but the view wasn’t cool. The rooms don’t have windows!! No elevator.

MMThe room is very clean and spacious. Breakfast is very delicious too. Free alcohol from 18:00 to 24:00 is amazing.
Location is a little uncomfortable.
