Please note that third parties are not permitted to book on behalf of guests. The booker must be the guest checking in at the property. Please note that the guest who made the booking must also stay at the property. The minimum age to book in our Three-Bedroom House is {25} years. Children are allowed to stay at the property with their parents. Minors are not allowed to be left at the home unattended. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed {to stay overnight} at the property. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. This property does not accommodate parties. LOCALS (Milwaukee) are not permitted to book Lux Guest House.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
