"Bad"

It was fraud. On booking. Com website, they say it is a room. But this is a bed only. It was fraud. I paid them. But i left immediately when O aaw it was not a room. Clear fraud. On booking.com website, they jave written toilet, shower etc. But it is a shared toilet and shared shower. Only one toilet and amd only one shower for everybody. When you try to confront management about why they mis represented on booking.com wensite, they aren’t even appologetic about this. Fraud. Fraud. Fraud

"Cheap, simple, okay for a few days but not a long stay."

Staff very helpful. Easy to meet new people. Has a washing machine and a full kitchen downstairs. Very reasonable price.

The location is not the best for people just staying for a few days since it is very far from the center. The rooms do not have windows, the ventilation is not powerful and too loud to use over night. So it gets very stuffy very fast. And for me personally the lack of daylight was hard to navigate.

"A place like home"

Nariman the owner is an exceptional human being. Goes out of the way to help people. Guided me well as to how to reach his home from the airport. U just need to take bus number 10 from the airport get down at ministry house bus stop and take bus 51 and get down at dastan store bus stop and walk for around 8 min in the lane where the gas station is. Bus 51 takes you to the centre of the city in 30 odd minutes where baiterek tower and other tourism places are. Nariman also guided ne the buses to take as i avoid taxis to save on cost.

Nothing as such.

It was very clean, and cheap

They claim they have sound proofing. In reality, one can here everything in the rooms next to yours. Maybe they have some sort of sound proofing, which the hostel claimed, but in reality it does not work at all. Thet should not clain to have sound proofing when it is as bad as it is The staff also asked me if I was a jew when I asked for a single room on whatsapp, which is weird

Very comfortable place with quite some personal space. Perfect for me!

Everything is good! Just not in the center of the city, but for the price - that is understandable.
