For 2 days a dead cockroach in the hallway; laundry came back with a beetle in it also ruined my shirt and had more stains than before; elevator smelled bad and was filthy; the room smelled bad as well; filthy fridge in the room; furniture was beaten and old;

Big room and confortable. The view on the lake.

The location, it seems far away from the nature, hard to rent a bike.

Location, very helpful staff

The breakfast menu was very limited. There were 5 or 6 items on it all soup based. Few options without meat, as we do not eat meat. The menu would benefit having an option of bread or pastry. The chairs in the room were too hard to sit on. There was no where to sit outside

Near the river (but not a quiet canal do not be misled)

The sink was leaking all over the bathroom floor. The toilet flush did not work. The room was facing a corridor so could not open curtains the entire time (no natural light) which could be alright but the artificial light and yellow walls made the atmosphere not very enjoyable when staying in the room. The bathroom window was open and the smell of cigarette was coming through from the corridor but it could not be closed. The location is not great because it is next to a karaoke and you can hear people sing really loudly even in the evening (no soundproofing). The service was disappointing: the receptionist was very unwelcoming, did not smile and barely spoke to me when I arrived to check-in and when I asked for some help. The price does not seem very justified since there is nothing to make up for this: breakfast not included, no free water or tea available, no free cancellation.

Good location right near market. Very helpful and friendly staff, so it was easy to organise for tours and travel logistics. Room was very spacious and spot clean. Perfect place to stay one night.

The location is really good

There was no “city view” on our room, was just another balcony in front, like 2m away. We couldn’t open the curtains for privacy. Its next to a karaoke place, was wild.
