"Clean, friendly but overcharges for FX exchange "

Reasonably clean basic hotel, excellent shower with hot water. Friendly staff. The only problem is they overcharge with the exchange rate. I offered to pay in USD, credit card or soles. Reservation was in USD. They did not accepted USD but overcharged around 5% for the exchange rate USD to soles compared with currency exchange shops in the same city. I hate this kind of hidden rip offs.

"Overall "

Location is good, somewhat away from the crowded center. Room was small for a double but well maintained Drawback was no heating in the room that seems normal for these locations Stuff was the best, all helpful and courteous. Kudos to the front desk staff!!!
