Modern, clean and well located. Kitchen was very well equipped with everything you needed. Host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. About 10 mins to the train station and 20 mins to Bari Vecchia. Good walk after a meal. Road side parking is €1 per hour from 830 am to 830 pm. Nights and Sundays are free. Roberta is a lovely host and responsive. The house is very clean and equipped.

The noise generated outside the apartment. Not sure what it is. But it doesn't bother us too much as we are city dwellers and as such are used to it.

Compact but superbly appointed modern apartment. Excellently equipped. Good location. Roberta is a very helpful and friendly host. Grocery store (CoOp) directly opposite. Adjacent 24hr carpark is well worth the extra €20 per day (parking on the street is hilarious, and certainly not worth the grief). Only 10 min easy walk to the castle (the most interesting we have visited) and lovely historic centre. Restaurant L'Arpie recommended.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Roberta greeted us with a warm smile, handed us the keys, and gave us a thorough tour of the property. She even provided us with a second key, which was extremely convenient since we are runners and often do individual activities. The location is fantastic, right next to Piazza Garibaldi, practically in the heart of the city. It’s situated on charming streets lined with traditional cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious meals. It’s also close to the pedestrian areas and the city center, making it an ideal base for exploring Bari. Additionally, having a grocery store right across the street was very handy for picking up water and other necessities. The accommodation itself is absolutely perfect. While the space isn’t very large, it is smartly designed to provide everything you might need. Roberta’s attention to detail was exceptional; she left us apples, bananas, and other small treats for a quick breakfast, along with tea, coffee, and even a box of chocolates! The furniture and appliances are of high quality, offering every comfort. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was fully equipped, which tempted us to prepare some pasta alle vongole, especially with a fish market just around the corner. The cozy terrace was another delightful surprise, though we didn’t use it much during this time of year. The bathroom is modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We even had a washer and dryer, which is a dream come true for us as runners, especially when you’re used to running daily. Roberta was always attentive, checking in to ensure everything was okay and offering advice or assistance whenever needed. She even allowed us a flexible check-out without any extra charges. Thank you, Roberta, for everything! We will absolutely stay here again whenever we return to Bari. Highly recommended!

To avoid sounding entirely one-sided, the only minor inconvenience was that we didn’t know about the bathroom heating system, which is a radiant panel mounted on the ceiling. I’m not sure if this was mentioned to us or not, but without knowing, we left the bathroom door open to let warm air from the rest of the apartment flow in. The big surprise came on our last day, when we discovered the system and were blown away by how quickly and effectively it heated the bathroom. Up until then, the air conditioning had worked perfectly, even during this unusually cool Christmas period in Bari.

The bed was a bit too hard and not very comfortable for my preference. I heard some noise at night. Possibly the elevator.

This apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos really do not do it justice. Having a washer and a real dryer was icing on the cake. The 24 hr. Next door was worth every penny even though it was 20 € daily. The apartment was sparkling clean, well equipped, and well located. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything! This was one of the best apartments we have ever been in several cities in Europe! Roberta was very kind; she always was available for anything we need. She recommended us restaurants, bars, meals, which was very useful. She helped us a lot to solve a personal problem we had the last day. The apartment is fully equipped, with all you need for a pleasant stay. It is very modern and clean. We found there fruits, ice cream in the fridge, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits, etc. etc.

Beautifully designed and modern had everything you need including basics for cooking, washer dryer, great aircon and large fridge. Located opposite supermarket with great produce and near excellent restaurant an easy 15 min walk from old town and train station. Lovely hosts very accommodating with baggage and check in. Helpful with eating recommendations nearby and old town
