The Ambiance in the flat.

It was posted that parking is php100 upon reservation the price was changed to php150. The posting also mentioned washing machine but there was none in the room. The paid reserve parking was not available and occupied by some other vehicle on 2 occasions . No one answered the phones when called for assistance.
