The flat is well equipped and comfortable. Bit of a walk to small grocery store and take-away food but M&S just a bit further. We were able to store our bikes in the second bedroom - much appreciated.

Double bed in master bedroom against the wall - less than ideal and no reading lights in bedroom.

Great comfy little home from home

Very clean big enough for me and my sister for the 2 days we stayed, we only used it too sleep in and drink tea but they had everything that we could have needed if we wanted to use the washing machine, cooker, microwave, coffee machine.

The shower door if i was any fatter i wouldn’t have got in, the too short curtains in the bedroom, they were lovely and thick but just a couple of inches too short.

The place was clean, it had all the basic equipment in the kitchen and bathroom. It was much cheaper compared to other options. It served its purpose of stopping by for one night really well.

I received instructions for the heating system and I used only the central thermostat, but it didn't seem to work correctly or I wasn't able to figure it out. The heaters were hot all the time, even though we visited in June. The bedrooms are extremely tiny. I had no place to open my suitcase. I'd suggest removing the sofa and moving the wardrobes to the kitchen area or placing some table for luggage (I doubt anybody is using the wardrobes anyway). The double bed is small with a very soft mattress.

The bathroom wasn't that clean and the apartment had a strange odor. Because of the two window sides of the apartment facing streets, you had to keep the blinds closed which made the apartment dark. A double bed was pushed against one wall so one person had to climb in and out from the end avoiding the large round vacuum cleaner places between the bed and and the wall. There was only one plug in the double bedroom so devices had to be plugged in in another room. The kitchen had food left from other guests. However some was opened/not sealed

Cosy space, well laid out, all the facilities to hand. Within easy walk ing distance to the town Very clean

Everything was positive

Small but cosy place ideal for a couple nights if your going out in Aberdeen or just visiting the place, easy to avoid the towns LEZ zones and not too expensive to get a taxi to town and back from the place as it’s just over the bridge from union square. Shop right next door sells everything needed which is a bonus. Free Parking all about! Would defo come back.

A little bit noisy on a Saturday night if windows are open but expected for a city.
