Despite the log burner it was cold inside with no alternate heating. The bedding smelt like it hadn't been cleaned, lots of dust behind bed t.v in wrong place. Shower room smelt. Bird noise outside all night long. And it was so cold overnight.

Well equipped - we cooked successfully and liked the wood burning stove. Also warm and cozy In bed.

That checker plate floor is freezing, damp and Horrible to Stand on in the night. Perhaps get some vinyl flooring- it would surely be easier to keep clean. Also windows ran with condensation - ventilation maybe? Heating in the shower room also not up to much - regret to say we decided we would prefer to stay grubby than peel off in that environment. We did nevertheless enjoy our stay - I only raise these issues so you can consider whether they are valid. Very good base to travel around the Highlands. Clean and tidy.

I could have done with a door stop to hold the door open. Also a small heater would have been useful. Wood burner was available but it would have been a waste to use it. Just a little heater to take the chill off late evening and early morning would have been an advantage. A clock on the wall would have been useful. Other than those items it met my needs adequately.

Interior well equipped.

Did not like location in industrial estate. Industrial ridged metal floor uncomfortable underfoot; question ability to thoroughly clean.

Very clean and everything you could need.

Very small negative from hubby was the position of tv. Not a problem for me though.

Bed was comfee. And has every thing you need.
