This property is very good as it in accessible good location where there are golden clean beach on walking distance, staff is very good and polite,stayed there for 4 days in starting of Jan 2026 , if you want to explore both south and north Goa the property is in the centre of both so you can hire a vehicle and visit south and north Goa in 3-4 days

Location

Not very clean, images are misleading. The property is really old and not maintained well. No cleaning done unless asked for. Gas in the kitchen was leaking. Not worth the price we paid.

We asked the dude for a refund on the pending 3 days we stayed and he after lot of quarrel only paid be back for a day and a half
