There was nothing to like.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life. Upon arrival I got a different room rather than the one I have booked. The room was tiny, the bed was broken and full of cockroaches. The washroom was so so small that you can’t even take a turn after entering. There was no help or staff. There are few local person who handle the check in formalities. They are extremely rude and don’t have any decency of dealing with customers.Don’t get fooled by looking into the images or the photos that the owner might send you. The hotel is a complete fake and must be avoided.

The stay was very horrible. The rooms were not clean, the bed sheets were very dirty. It had exceptionally bad service. The bathroom was very dirty and it did not even have a latch in it. The rooms did not even have geyser and the hot water was not provided even when promised, we stayed for 3 days and we had to shower in cold water in the cold. The host blamed us of stealing their laundry and they even opened our rooms without our permission when we weren’t present in the room. The staff is really bad, they don’t respond to us well, they don’t provide service , they say room service is available but they take 2 hours to provide service, which is not even good. They don’t have wifi at all, they say that the name n password is present in the room but it doesn’t not even work. The bathroom doors have holes in it the don’t have locks. They have extremely poor amenities and the host doesn’t even abide to our requests. The experience was really bad and we did not have even a 1% of satisfaction.

This is fake profile hotel is not in this name . These people took advance money and didn't honor booking.com confirmation.
