The Bridge House

Location was excellent. Great views of the river and town from the room and at breakfast. Choice of food at breakfast was really good and was all cooked to perfection.

We spent a long weekend here and had a truly wonderful time. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom that felt luxurious. The breakfast was delicious, and the view—absolutely stunning! The service was excellent throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and well looked after, and we’d love to return one day!

Nice friendly atmosphere and lovely breakfast

Made welcome as soon as we arrived. Kevin and Catherine were the perfect hosts. Engaging, sociable, made us feel a little bit special. Room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the river and the town which is less than a 10 minute walk along the river. Breakfast? Well you can’t say much about a full English, but you can at the Bridge House. Locally sourced, perfectly cooked, great start to the day. Yep, worth every penny.

We had an excellent stay at The Bridge House, it was in a beautiful setting, with the garden over looking the river. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was delicious with a great selection. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Yes I would recommend to others.
