the pool is perfect,as is the weather ; the restaurant everything inside the hotel is also very good

my room in the bathroom was broken, with only one elevator working ,the line to park the car at night stretched all the way out the avenue ,.i think they need more employees for the parking lot .

Valet parking took more than 45 mins to bring my car. I had to wait for 30 mins for elevator during check out as only 1 elevator seemed to be working.

L’emplacement et la vue était vraiment incroyable. La personne de booking était très présente pour nous et répondais très très rapidement à nos messages. Merci à elle pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse ☺️

On arrivait pas à allumer ou éteindre les lampes de chevet. On a dû dévisser les ampoules.

Que tiene acceso directo a la playa!

Tienen un pesimo servicio de parking. - En el bar de la alberca solo atendían 2 personas. - El departamento estaba viejo , olia feo y no cerraba bien la puerta de la entrada. - La unica persona amable fue el de reception! Muy amable y eficiente.

La posizione

Struttura non recente, al nostro arrivo al mattino, la reception era provvisoria in quanto la Hall era un cantiere con vari rumori, per poter fare il check-in prima delle ore 15, ho dovuto pagare 69$ altrimenti avrei dovuto aspettare in reception. La camera è di buone dimensioni, si nota subito l’età del mobilio, la cucina disponeva di stoviglie datate con i manici traballanti. Al risveglio il mattino seguente abbiamo avuto la sorpresa di trovare una blatta nel pavimento vicino al letto. Dopo qualche giorno il rilevatore di fumo ha iniziato ad emettere dei bip ogni 30 secondi durante la notte e non abbiamo chiuso occhio. Addetta assistenza clienti mi aveva assicurato che avrebbe inviato subito un tecnico, ma non è arrivato nessuno. Ho dovuto “rimuovere” il sensore e spegnerlo per poter dormire. Avvisato il giorno seguente nuovamente del problema ma nessun tecnico si è presentato nei giorni e siamo ripartiti senza aver avuto rimedio. Qualche giorno prima di partire l’aria condizionata del complesso si deve essere guastata, e hanno “piazzato” un gruppo di condizionamento provvisorio ai piedi della struttura ed essendo proprio sotto le nostre finestre non si poteva lasciare aperto la notte per il rumore dei compressori. Sinceramente il nostro giudizio finale non è positivo, anzi siamo rimasti abbastanza delusi. Io non mi sento di consigliarla, con una differenza minima di costo, ci sono strutture più recenti e con servizi migliori in zona.

Everything- the person who checkups in Marcella Altemia who is the most incompetent rue person I have ever meant. She sent me to 3 different apartments. Do I look like a joke?? She never said sorry and laughed as if it’s a joke to her. Shame on you guys for having such terrible people working for you. The apartment was dirty and the car attendants were rude. The elevators are broken. And the apartment was dirty!!!!
