"Definitely recommend for a short stay in Negombo!"

Good location, 2 mins walk to shops and beach. Far enough away from town to be quiet at night. Free water was a bonus, they also offered us a later checkout. Staff were friendly!

"A lovely homely place to stay in with airconditioning and a beautiful front yard."

Rehan who was the housekeeper was really friendly and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He even turned around our laundry for us in one day and delivered it to our next stay which was nearby. Which he didn’t have to do but he was a nice guy. He organised a Sri Lankan breakfast (really reasonable price) and it was delicious home cooked food. Throughly enjoyed our stay.

I had a lovely stay here, the room was clean and spacious. Good facilities and the host was excellent 👌 Good location too next to shops and beach

Nothing much! Bathroom was a little dated and couldn’t get hot water

"beautiful hotel"

Was a really nice hotel! The rooms were very big with a nice bed and airco. You could also make use of the kitchen, so we made tea and coffee. The hotel was near a lot of supermarket and restaurants, but still in a quiet street. The beach was a 2 minutes walk. Overall a pleasant stay with very friendly people.

"Home away from home!"

We felt like home! The owner is one of the kindness we've met! The room was spacious and comfortable. There is lovely terrace and a kitchen that we used. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay again!
