Riad el Adraoui

Riad in posizione eccellente. Ottima la colazione. Servizio da e per l aereoporto ok. Mustapha persona brillante e molto disponibile.

Host praticamente assente. Appena arrivate mancava la corrente. Poi l acqua calda. Il giorno successivo per fortuna tutto è rientrato. 2 asciugamani medi per 2 persone. Tra l altro bucati. Ne abbiano chiesti altri ma non sono mai arrivati. Peccato perché il Riad con poche attenzioni sarebbe veramente il top. Camere molto fredde. Coperte insufficienti

Mgt didn’t inform us about hot water outage that lasted two days and we could have moved to another hotel had we been informed

sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal: V.a. Mustafa hat uns mit viel Wärme, Charme und Humor begrüsst. Es wurde gleich bei der Ankunft von der freundlichen Hausdame ein wunderbarer Minzetee serviert. Wir wurden über highlights in Marrakesch und Umgebung bestens beraten und Abdel hat für uns einen traumhaften 4- Tagestrip organisiert! Herzlichen Dank! Die Lage des Riat ist fantastisch, inmitten der Souks und nur einige wenige Gehminuten vom Jemma el Fnaa und der Koutoubia Moschee entfernt! Der Frühstücks- Kaffee und der Fruchsaft waren sehr gut!

leider war das Frühstück vorwiegend sehr süss und mit Weissmehl gebacken (Muffins, Pain au chocolat, Pancake, Omlet, Mandelmuss, Honig, Marmeladen...) als Diabetiker konnte ich nur das Ei essen. Ich hätte mich über ein Yoghurt, Früchte, ect gefreut!

Mustafa was a very nice and super friendly host.

The bathroom smelled bad The bed’s matress was terrible, it was full sunken in in one side and higher on the other side - like had ups and downs, horrible to sleep in Towels were super thin and torn Had to insist several times to get change from paying the city tax, they just kept delaying it but they did give it to me before i left (after i insisted via whatsapp).

Ottima posizione nel cuore della Medina, personale accogliente e disponibile! Mustapha ha reso questo viaggio perfetto grazie alla sua gentilezza e simpatia!

Struttura un po’ datata da risistemare

The proximity to the main square and souks was great. We had very friendly staff, especially Mustafa who is helpful, honest and multilingual. The breakfast was huge. Coffee, juice, egg, 3 types of bread, jams and cheese. The room and bathroom on the first floor were huge and we had a small balconette. If we wanted tours or information, staff were available. The room was clean and serviced daily. The whole place had lots of character and was an instant retreat from the hectic world nearby. It was warm inside the riad courtyard despite being 9 degrees outside. We asked for better towels and got them. Wifi was good.

Marrakech seems expensive so we probably got what we paid for. We were happy with it but need to mention a couple of things. The air con really struggled with the cold temp and we were just warm enough with the big blanket on. Air con was noisy but soothing white noise. The hot water was only tepid twice when we wanted to shower. Toiletries were in pump bottles but not labelled. The one we thought was the shower gel was nearly empty. There was no drinking vessel of any kind in the room. We had trouble finding the riad. It is off one of the main thoroughfares to the square but no signage. Just a sign, and the distance in meters would be good. There was no light in the stairwell up to our floor and we had to use phone torch.

Posizione ottima e personale molto gentile

Petit déjeuner excellent, local et avec du choix. La literie excellente
