Excellent service from the whole staff team. Really attentive to any needs we had. Also gave us good recommendations and advise for local travelling to Gurudwara's and restaurants.

Personeel was heel aardig!!

Heel karig ontbijt, oude baddoeken, kamer niet echt schoon. We hebben de bedden weer laten verschonen. Muffe geur in de kamer, 1 persoon aan het werk die zijn best doet.

My room was super clean including washrooms. Location was very good. Golden temple, and markets were nearby. Staff listens and are very helpful.

Rooms are small but it's already mentioned in the detail, so it is not a surprise. If you're okay with the size, then it's a good hotel.

Staff was all right.

They did not change the bed sheets for room no.303 and 305. The rooms were not clean even. No towels.

Very bad environment and no staff management

They gave us used towels to shower and when we called them in the morning the elevator broke and my father had to go up the steps to the 4th floor
