"Great value for the Money"

It is a good price, the huge room, and the bed is enough for 3 people to stay. The owner is super helpful, and the front desk is friendly. Ample parking space, with plenty restaurants nearby.

The noise insulation of the room is bad. You can easily hear people talking in the front yard or the corridor, and I believe it is the same from their side—one major item to consider.
