Everything was clean as it's on the photos. In the beginning of the city centre. Found a place to park easily. Fair price for a place like this and for sure will be a place to visit again .

The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. The kitchen utensils were quite adequate and in good condition. There were both a drip coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine available. Moreover, there were extra amenities such as capsule coffee and drip coffee available in the house. The location of the house was also very good. I especially liked the cleanliness of the house. The bathroom, in particular, was very practical and elegantly designed. Apart from this, the host, Konstantinos, was polite and helpful. Whenever I messaged him about anything, he generally responded promptly.

Unfortunately, parking around the apartment was a significant issue. However, this is not only specific to this apartment but a common problem throughout Alexandroupoli. Finding parking space in this city is quite challenging. Areas that are not very central might be more relaxed, but since this apartment is in the center, finding parking was quite difficult. Despite not liking to do so, I had to park on the sidewalk a few times due to the lack of parking space. There is a new construction next to the building where the apartment is located, and there was noise from the construction during the day. However, the construction was largely completed. I stayed in this apartment in February 2024, and I assume that the construction noise problem will likely cease around June 2024. These two issues I mentioned are not actually problems with the apartment itself. One is a general issue of the city, and the other is a temporary problem. However, unfortunately, the biggest problem during my stay in this apartment was the internet connection. The wifi in the apartment couldn't establish a stable connection. There was no stable connection; it was constantly fluctuating. For example, there would be excellent internet for 15-20 minutes, then suddenly it would cut off. Even though the phone showed it was connected to wifi, there was no data flow. This would continue for about 10 minutes, then the internet connection would return, and so on.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Walking distance to the beach and city centre.

The room is very modern and clean. It was a pleasure to stay. It is also very close to the city center. No free parking but you can find a place to park around 50 meters away.

The house was very clean and new. Everything was thought of. Konstantinos was very helpful. We were very pleased. I would recommend the house to everybody.

It was very clean and comfortable. The apartments location was very convenient.

The apartment is brand new, welcoming, exemplary cleanliness and very well equipped, from coffee, sweets to spices, even a bed for small children. The hosts did everything to make us feel as comfortable as possible in their apartment. It is located 350 m from the beach in a quiet and clean area. Grocery stores and terraces are a stone's throw away and the town center is 5 minutes away. I strongly recommend the location where our family felt very comfortable

Every corner of the property is very well designed, it is pretty new and very clean.
